Anthony Segale
Chair of the Board
In 1985 Anthony and his partner started Aria, with a goal to create a professional organization that made a difference for their clients and employees. The idea of making a difference started in a small office, in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Now 22 years later that goal still resonates within the dedicated, well experienced staff of Aria. He knows the importance of the team having a tenacious desire to be the best for Aria's clients and to remember that the employees of Aria are the ones that make this difference a reality every day.Anthony has had a variety of experience in corporate and private worlds from the Fortune 500 companies to companies that he has started. He believes that it all comes down to team work. Having the tenacity and energy to make a difference. He has a BSEE (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Minnesota and has an MBA in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
Chuck Lucas
Aria Chief Executive Officer and President
Chuck is responsible for setting corporate direction, general administration, financial management and assisting with client fundraising strategy development for Aria. He has extensive experience in planning, organizing, funding and managing a variety of organizations and initiatives.Chuck was a member of the Corporate Finance Department of the regional investment banking firm of Dain Bosworth Inc. from 1974-1979; Director of Corporate Development for Inter-Regional Financial Group, Inc., parent of Dain Bosworth, from 1979-1981; founder and President of The EntreSource Companies, a private investment company, from 1981-Present; and has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Aria since 1990.
Chuck serves on the Board of Directors of University Pediatrics Foundation, an affiliate of the Minnesota Medical Foundation. He earned his BA degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and his MBA degree from Dartmouth College.
Darell Nelson
Aria Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Darell is one of our longest standing key staff members, having joined Aria in 1989. He is responsible for accounting, financial statements, benefits administration, banking and insurance, along with countless administrative matters that free our client service staff to devote full-time to you and your project's success. In his position, he has guided the company through the design and implementation of accounting information systems. Darell is disciplined and detail-oriented, ensuring that you have accurate and timely billing information.Darell has an Accountant AAS Degree from St. Cloud Technical College, is active in his community and is Treasurer of the Sauk Rapids youth baseball association.
Catherine Winge
Aria Principal & Executive Vice President - Marketing and Sales
Catherine's expertise includes developing campaigns which assist colleges, universities, and select not-for-profit organizations with donor/member growth, retention strategies, advanced segmentation techniques, data-mining, and other strategies to grow and improve the performance of their programs. With over 16 years at Aria, she brings extensive campaign experience across a broad range of organizations and hundreds of successful fundraising and membership campaigns.Catherine holds a BS and MBA in Marketing from St. Cloud State University where she has been an adjunct faculty member. She currently serves on the boards of the College of Business at St. Cloud State University and the University Pediatric Foundation at the University of Minnesota. Catherine has been a speaker at CASE, AFP, and NIC conferences and is a member of Aria's Board of Directors.
Doug Scott
Aria Principal
Doug joined the Aria team in 1988 managing call center operations. A year later, he began working with non-profit clients on outbound calling and handwritten mail strategies that dramatically increased their revenue and renewal rates. Over the years, AriaCards and AriaCalls have generated tens of millions of dollars for Doug's clients.Doug also has been instrumental in the development of Aria's B2B calling services. He continues to provide oversight on our largest and longest running accounts.
Results of Doug's work have been featured in publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal to Fundraising Magazine and have garnered multiple accolades, including a Maxi award.
Doug has a BA degree in Philosophy from St. John's University, Collegeville, MN and a MA degree in Philosophy with a concentration in Aesthetics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He serves as Chair of a local foundation and, together with his wife, is active within his church and his children's school.
